Items will be shipped via Croatian post office.
Approximate delivery time will vary according to your location. Please allow 10-30 days for items to arrive.
Also, we can not control any delays caused by customs. Please, contact us if you have not received the package. Please be reminded that the customer is responsible for any duty or customs charges. We charge standard fees for delivery—you’ll see the totals on the checkout page.
Shipping is free for domestic orders.
PLEASE NOTE - once we send out the order it is in the hands of the post office - please contact the post office in your country with your tracking number to get more info on the location of your package (items that are sent with no tracking and no insurance, the post office cannot check it's whereabouts because it has no tracking).
Refunds and Exchanges

We take all precautionary methods to make sure items do not arrive damaged and take great care in our packing and shipment.
We do our best to photograph the work - please keep in mind that the colours may appear differently according to your computer screen.
We don't give refunds unless there was an error on our part. Please contact us and we will work it out. For items being refunded we can only refund the cost of the item NOT the shipping costs.
If you want to return or exchange your order, please contact us within 5 days from the day you receive your order so we can make arrangements with you. Unfortunately, If more than 5 days pass from the day you receive your order a return or exchange is no longer available. No returns will be accepted and no refunds given unless contacted via email and arrangements are made before the order is shipped back to us.
We cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost in the post. We always obtain proof of postage and shipment for every order. This rarely ever happens and when it does it is very unfortunate, but we cannot be held responsible for Croatia post office and their employees.
