Refunds and Exchanges

 

List wants your buying experience to be as enjoyable as possible.

 We take all precautionary methods to make sure items do not arrive damaged and take great care of our packing and shipment.

 We do our best to photograph the work - please keep in mind that the colors may appear differently according to your computer screen.

 We don't give refunds unless there was an error on our part. Please contact us and we will work it out.

for items being refunded, we can only refund the cost of the item NOT the shipping costs.

If you want to return or exchange your order, please contact us within 5 days from the day you receive your order so we can make arrangements with you. Unfortunately, If more than 5 days pass from the day you receive your order a return or exchange is no longer available. No returns will be accepted and no refunds given unless contacted via email and arrangements are made before the order is shipped back to us.

 We cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost in the post. We always obtain proof of postage and shipment for every order. This rarely ever happens and when it does it is very unfortunate, but we cannot be held responsible for Croatia post office and their employees.
